We are happy to replace a product with a manufacturing defect with the same product. If a product is defective, contact us directly via email: email@example.com, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please be as detailed about the defective product including photographs in the message.
Used Products, defaced products or abused products are not considered defective.
PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Some products designed for infants are made from lighter material to avoid injury from the normal use of product,
The user takes responsibility to handle with care. Products aren't considered defective if damaged or abused during use.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
